Thanks for Cole Goodwin for tagging me.
Makes me laugh this, as i´m pretty sure the tag is meant for actual writers such as Cole herself, but there we go... She seems determined to ruin the tag for everyone! lol.
Well, as one to never pass on q&a sessions here are my answers:
11. Do you outline? -Why would i?
2. Do you write straight through a book, or do you sometimes tackle the scenes out of order? -Not that there has ever been even a thought of a book but i do write in chronological order. Might go back and add later though.
3. Do you prefer writing with a pen or using a computer? - Computer.
4. Do you prefer writing in first person or third? - I dabble with both at times but i suppose u can tell wich one i perfer by reading the stories on the blog. lol.
5. Do you listen to music while you write? -Yes. As do i most of the time anyway.
6. How do you come up with the perfect names for your characters? -The names come from the same source as the inspiration for the characters.
7. When you're writing, do you ever imagine your book as a television show or movie? *rofwl* No.
9. Do you know how a book is going to end when you start it? -Very rarely. The ending usually comes to me during the writing of the story.
10. Where do you write? -Work or anywhere i have access to a computer and a pirvate place.
11. What do you do when you get writer's block? -Kick the shit out of unreliable muse. Also try and watch, read and listen to things that might get my mojo working again. Rarely just write something completly else inbetween to unblock my mind.
12. What size increments do you write in (either in terms of word count, or as a percentage of the book as a whole)? -There is no set manual for this for me. Whatever feels right at the time. 13. How many different drafts did you write for your last project? -Just the one u see on the blog. I very very rarely write drafts anyway. usually i just sit down, write the story and post it. Even if the story does not get finished and i save it to finish it later, i never completly rewrite it. Might change few things around but thats it. As i am not a writer, i do not tke myself or my writing seriously enough for drafts.
14. Have you ever changed a character's name midway through a draft? No.
15. Do you let anyone read your book while you're working on it, or do you wait until you've completed a draft before letting someone else see it? -No books, just stories. No, noone is allowed to read mys stories before thy are either finished or posted on the blog.
16. What do you do to celebrate when you finish a draft? -Lol. I dont celebrate.
17. One project at a time, or multiple projects at once? -Usually just one, but currently have few things up in the air.
18. Do your books grow or shrink in revision? -Grow.
19. Do you have any writing or critique partners? -Nope.
20. Do you prefer drafting or revising? -If i have to choose, revising.
So there. No u all know just how unprofetional and how much of a nonwriter i actually am. lol. Like u didnt already know anyway...! ;)
